Mitolo ‘G.A.M’ Shiraz 2019

Mitolo’s vision is to create individual, handcrafted premium wines built on passion and an uncompromising commitment to quality. Winemaker Ben Glaetzer became a partner in the business in 2001.

Intense crimson. Black cherry, plum, subtle mint characters and chocolate with distinct notes of malt, cedar and clove. Bright blackberry and plum on the palate with quality oak flavours of mocha and vanilla. Soft tannins and deep flavours continue on the long finish. Recently retasted (Nov. 2023) and hence relisted as showing amazingly well. 14.5% vol.
