Bodega Urqo Los Durmientes Malbec, 2023

I was lucky enough to meet Frederico Ruiz at a recent tasting in London. I was then delighted when we hosted a tasting here in our cellars for several of our lucky customers, as these wines launched into the UK.

All the grapes come from their own vineyards in the Uco Valley. Wonderful dark aromatic and inviting fruits on the nose with good acidity and ‘earthy undertones’ The wine is named after the word ‘Railway sleepers’ the line the vineyard.
