Vina Zoral, Sea of Dreams, Navarra 2020

Another new listing for us this year and I was delighted to met the winemaker at a recent tasting we attended.

Minimal intervention here is the key. Old vine Garnacha (Grenache noir) grown at fair high altitudes, the grapes ripen fully but also have this wonderful aromas and freshness. Good Balanced alcohol levels of 13.5% vol. make this wine very moreish!

The Grapes for this wine are sourced from four plots, together totalling 5 hectares, in Corral de Los Altos. Located in the heart of Navarra’s Ribera Baja region, in the ancient village of Corella.

On the nose, clove, black fruit, followed by soft cherry and ripe fruit aromas. The palate is very soft, full-bodied and powerful, with a long,
balanced and nice aftertaste. Ideal for cured ham, stew and meat dishes. 13.5% vol.
