We have shipped this wine for some 10 years now and thankfully this grape variety is getting the recognition it deserves. Ideal Spring – Summer drinking.
This wine is from the A.O.P of Coteaux du Languedoc, certainly the most diverse appellation of the Languedoc-Roussillon, with vastly differing landscapes, terroirs and therefore equally producing very differing styles of wines.
Green citrus aromas, minerally, saltiness all confirmed on the palate with clean refreshing acidity and medium length – 12.5% and now sealed in a screwcap. Ideal as an aperitif or light fish dishes.
