Delamain Pale & Dry Cognac 70cl

This beautifully crafted Cognac house, produces equally beautifully crafted and mature Cognacs from the Grand Champagne region.  Each Cognac is fermented and aged separately until the final blend then is aged for a further two years prior to release.

This Pale and Dry XO is called Pale because the cognacs selected are a paler colour and dry because there is no addition of sweetness or colouring through caramelisation as some/many well know Cognac houses do.
