This is just a lovely soft easy drinking white wine with not airs and graces, but does what it says on the tin and does it well: so it’s a ‘fresh nose of lime, basil, freshly cut green grass and guavas’. The medium-bodied palate continues with more grapefruit, subtle passionfruit and zingy tropical lemon. 11.0% vol

Ideal as an apéritif or with fish and chips, simple vegetable or salad dishes.
