Thierry Delaunay, the winemaker from the Loire Valley, has labelled his Sauvignon Touraine as TYDY (ThierrY DelaunaY) and it certainly is! Sealed with a screwcap, this has dry, crisp acidity with good expressive fruit and a certain amount of complexity.

Now sporting the ‘Holy Snail’ label.
