Sainte Barbe, Mâcon-Villages ‘Les Tilles’ 2022

A ripe nose leads into a palate of rich, honeyed fruit countered by a pleasing salinity. Has good weight from the warm 2018 vintage, whilst remaining well balanced and long. It was aged on its fine lees before spending 8 months in stainless steel vats. Organic.
