This is the latest release of this single vineyard and I feel one of their stand out wines. The estate dates back to 1786 and can boast 8 generations of the family – and Julien is now running the estate.

Certified organic since 2003, this 100% Chenin comes from a single plot of vines grown on limestone soils – and whilst there is still some residual sugar which would lead most wines to being labelled off dry, it has amazing acidity that adds the balance and precision for this wine. Drink now and over the next 10 years. 13.5% vol.
