Produced from naturally occuring yeasts, majroity of juice was fermented in stainless steel vats with a small proportion headed to French oak barrels.

Notes of grapefruit and citrus frutis, plus peaches and ripe melon on the palate. Great intensity and freshness. Thrilled to have this wine back in. 14% vol.
