Hambledon Classic Cuvée Brut NV

Thrilled to be listing yet another excellent English Sparkling wine as not had this prodcuer for a while.

The blend is of Chardonnay (60%), Pinot Meunier (20%) and Pinot Noir (20%) – developed under the guidance of the leading Champenois chef de caves, Hervé Jestin.

Fresh sourdough, floral scents mingle with a hint of smoke over a core of greengage, red plums and dessert apples. The palate is vivid, almost vibrantly crunchy with precise, structured yet ripe acidity. Degorged Feb. 2025 12% vol.
