Oliver Zeter Goldschatz 37.5cl

There are certain wines that are so wrong… that they are right! And this wine is a classic example.

The story goes that Oliver found this parcel of wine languishing in their cellars and was so impressed by the quality and complexity of it… it’s a blend of different vintages and a mix of grapes you may have heard of (and some you certainly won’t!).

As soon as you open the bottle in invites you to jump on in, with sweet acacia honey, dried fruits and spices, soft vanilla notes but with lovely freshness and acidity ensures the wine is not cloying – despite it’s 187 grams of residual sugar / litre. 37.5cl. 11.4% vol.

It’s certainly on my Christmas list this year… and why not make it yours!
