Pasion de Bobal Rosado 2023

Pale and ‘Provence-style’ pink in colour with delicate red berry fruit. Finely balanced with clean, bright acidity. Despite the 12% alcohol and pale colour it has weight and texture and an appealing and distinctive red fruit character.
