Patrick Javillier Bourgogne Blanc Cuvee Ogliocene 2021

We have been buying Javillier wines for sometime, now en primeur (before they are released/shipped).We’ve recently taken receipt of this latest vintage from a mini Meursault style white Burgundy of immense pedigree.

A balance of fruit with a small amount of barrel ageing, displays cooked apples with orange blossom, white floral notes, great backbone of acidity driving the wine. Drink now and over the next 3 – 5 years . 13% vol.
