Rogers & Rufus Rosé 2022

So, this is a new Aussie rosé you can drink over the summer. Again, unashamedly Provence in style but of course not from Provence.

Displays red berries, crushed wild strawberry notes sourced from the Barossa Valley. Some of the fruit is pressed directly into old wooden barrels (American, French and Hungarian) with the balance in stainless steel vats. The wine maintains its fresh appeal but offers more weight and structure and length of the palate.

Drink with grilled white meats – or salmon or prawns cooked in foil on the BBQ.

The wine comes from Rogers Hill-Smith (Yalumba fame) and Rufus Clevely a British entrepreneur and food and wine lover… what’s not to love. 13% vol.
