Aromas of light citrus with notes of biscuit and hazelnut. The palate is fresh, yet rounded and creamy with stone fruit and mineral characters.

The wines here are not only organic but grown biodnyamically as well.

The grapes are sourced from a single plot and generally picked later in the season: with part barrel ferment and oak ageing giving the wines wonderful texture and elegance combined.
