We knew this was good: Jeremy and the team are making some really exciting wines! The classic champagneois grape varieties are used here, being Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

Aged sur lees for 30 months prior to dégorgement and a good glug of reserve wine within the blend ensures the wine offer wonderful inviting toasty/brioches/biscuity notes as you would expect from an excellent smaller grower Champagne of some pedigree, but here we are just a few miles from Cirencester!
