When we were lucky enough to visit and taste through their range of both still and sparkling wines, this was the stand out wine for both Jonathan and myself. 68% pinot noir and 32% pinot meunier.

15 months ageing sur lees prior to dégorgement in December 2023 and now some time ageing in bottle has really helped develop this wine into a real beauty. Lovely pale, salmon pink in colour and notes of red berries fruits and cream. RS dosage at just 8 grams / litre. 12% vol.
