Bodega Urqo Pal Santo Sauvignon Blanc, 2024

If you want to try and Sauvignon Blanc that is a very different to example from Chile and New Zealand, then this is a fab example and far more ‘European’ in style and not overtly tropical /passionfruit (see Cloud Factory from Marlborough). This is more citrus, restrained, but with lovely minerality/wet stone and white floral notes with refreshing acidity. Its a winner! 12.5% vol.
